Hakuba Springs Hotel is located in the center of Happo village, few minutes walks away from the main Happo-One ski resort gondola, and with easy shuttle access to all resorts in the area. From Tokyo Station: 1h 30 mins by Nagano Shinkansen Asama, From Nagano Station: 60 mins by express bus, From Happo-One bus stop: 3 mins on foot (Narita to Tokyo: With the Japan Rail (JR) Narita Express, about 1 h with about 3000 yen. Tickets are easily available at the lower level of the Narita Airport Arrivals terminal or online at the JR East website.) When arriving at Nagano station, go to east exit and find bus platform no.6. The bus bound for Hakuba destinations leaves roughly every hour from 8:20 to 20:30. It costs 1400 yen. From Narita International Airport: A direct bus service from Narita to Hakuba departing once a day, at 8 pm or 9 pm depending on the day, and arriving at the hotel at 1:20 or 2:20 am.

Highway Bus from Shinjuku Station: Take the highway bus directly to Hakuba. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
